Customer Responsibilities

Customers must not attempt unauthorised system access, misuse employee or candidate data, upload malicious content, or use the platform for unlawful activities.
AI Services Disclaimer
Twikkie provides AI-assisted features intended to support operational processes.
AI-generated outputs may include summaries, suggested responses, reports, recruitment recommendations and workflow assistance.
Customers remain responsible for all final business decisions and operational actions. Twikkie does not guarantee operational outcomes, hiring outcomes, elimination of bias or legal compliance by customers.
Privacy & Data Protection
Twikkie is designed with privacy and operational governance considerations in mind.
Customer data may include employee records, candidate information, documents, communications, workflow records and operational data.
Twikkie does not sell customer data.
Security
Twikkie implements security controls including:
- Role-based access control
- Audit logging
- Access management
- Data segregation
- Encryption measures where applicable
Customers remain responsible for internal governance and access management.
Platform Availability
Twikkie targets high platform availability subject to planned maintenance, emergency updates, infrastructure issues, third-party service interruptions and events outside reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All Twikkie software, branding and platform functionality remain the property of Twikkie or its licensors.
Customers retain ownership of their uploaded business data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twikkie shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, operational disruption, hiring decisions, data inaccuracies caused by customer input or third-party service interruptions.
Changes to Terms
Twikkie may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
